Job Title: Credit Broker

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Credit Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in mortgage loans and loan against property financing, with hands-on experience in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in securing home mortgages and loan against property.

Liaise with banks and financial institutions to process and finalize loan applications.

Advise clients on suitable financing options based on their needs and eligibility.

Maintain strong professional relationships with banks and credit institutions.

Ensure smooth handling of documentation, compliance, and approvals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Credit Broker, preferably in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

Strong knowledge of home mortgage products and loan against property financing.

Previous experience in the banking/financial sector is a must.

Excellent negotiation, networking, and client-handling skills.

Strong knowledge of financial documentation and loan processing procedures.
