We Are Hiring: Creative Production Interns (Remote, Pakistan)

Maksols is expanding its creative pipeline! We are seeking talented, driven Creative Production Interns to join our remote team for an intensive, hands-on 4-month paid internship.

This is more than just a temporary learning experience, for standout performers, this position has clear potential to transition into a permanent, full-time role within our creative production ecosystem.

If you are a digital artist with a passion for visual storytelling and exceptional foundational skills in drawing and painting, this is your opportunity to collaborate on high-impact commercial projects.

🎨 What We Are Looking For:

Technical Proficiency: Strong core competencies in digital drawing, painting, and illustration.

Genre Alignment: Direct familiarity with, or a deep understanding of, sequential art formats, specifically Comics, Manga, and Webtoons.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a structured, fast-paced remote production environment.

Infrastructure & Technical Requirements:

As this is a fully remote production role, candidates must have independent access to:

A reliable, high-speed internet connection.

A dedicated workstation (PC/Laptop) capable of handling heavy graphic design and illustration workloads.

A functional digital drawing tablet (e.g., Wacom, Huion, XP-Pen, or equivalent).

Compensation: Fully Paid Internship

Duration: 4 Months (with Full-Time Conversion Opportunity)

Location: 100% Remote (Open exclusively to candidates based in Pakistan)
