Job Purpose:
The Coordinator to Executive provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Office. The role ensures smooth coordination of executive activities, communication, scheduling, and project follow-ups while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications & Experience:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree.
· Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in coordination, administration, or office management.
Skills:
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Discretion in handling confidential information.
