About the Role:
Adroki is seeking a dedicated and responsible Coordinator to manage day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth social media operations. This is a full-time remote role perfect for someone who is organized, accountable, and proactive in managing people and content.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor employee activity and ensure all team members are completing their tasks.

Manage leaves, attendance, and daily employee timings.

Oversee and post content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Use ChatGPT to generate engaging captions, hashtags, and content ideas.

Maintain coordination across teams and ensure smooth communication.

Take ownership of daily operations and keep things on track.


Requirements:

Basic understanding of HR practices (attendance, leave tracking, employee communication).

Highly responsible and trustworthy, with strong follow-up skills.

Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Canva (a plus), and basic scheduling platforms.

Able to effectively use ChatGPT for content support.

Excellent time management and communication skills.
