Requirements:
Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
Familiarity with MLA / APA / Harvard / Chicago / Turabian citation styles
Ability to conduct in-depth literature reviews
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, NVivo, or MS Excel)
Strong academic writing, critical thinking, and referencing skills
