At ECS, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Compliance & Industrial Relations Specialist to join our Head Office team.

📍 Position: Compliance & Industrial Relations Specialist 

📍 Location: Head Office, Lahore

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Industrial Relations, HR Operations, or a similar role. Experience in the retail or manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage statutory compliance related to EOBI (Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution), PESSI, and other applicable labor laws. 

Coordinate employee enrollment, updates, and claims for Health & Life Takaful policies. 

Ensure timely renewal of retail store registrations, licenses, and statutory certifications while coordinating with relevant government authorities. 

Prepare and submit employee records, reports, and documentation required by labor and regulatory departments. 

Support employee relations by addressing compliance matters, maintaining legal records, and assisting during labor inspections and audits. 

Manage corporate SIM allocations, administrative invoices, and other assigned administrative support activities. 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Regulatory Compliance: Zero non-compliance observations, penalties, or notices during government inspections and audits. 

EOBI/PESSI Compliance Rate: 100% timely registration, updates, and statutory submissions for eligible employees. 

Store Compliance: 100% on-time renewal of store registrations and statutory licenses. 

Administrative Cost Control: Maintain corporate SIM and administrative expenses within the approved budget.
