Job Title: Community Officer / Mobilizer
Location: Islamabad
Qualification & Experience:
* Minimum Graduation (Bachelor’s degree)
* 2–3 years of relevant experience in community engagement, social mobilization, NGOs, or healthcare-related roles
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and with diverse communities
* Willingness to travel, as needed
Key Responsibilities:
* Create awareness about TDC’s services and engage with local communities
* Build strong relationships with patients, families, and community stakeholders
* Organize and manage community awareness activities
* Mobilize people for health camps and awareness sessions
* Facilitate community access to TDC’s healthcare services
* Support outreach initiatives to strengthen TDC’s community presence
Skills Required:
* Passion for community service and outreach
* Strong organizational and coordination skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups
* Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to fieldwork challenges
