Quark Financials Pakistan Pvt. Ltd., a growing financial services firm, is looking for a Collection Manager to join our team in Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the collections process.
Ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues.
Maintain records and prepare collection reports.
Requirements:
Minimum Graduation (Bachelorās degree required).
At least 2 years of relevant experience in collections or recovery management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
