Job Title: Cold Caller for Medical Billing

Job Description:
Alpha Medi Assist is seeking a skilled and motivated Cold Caller with expertise in medical billing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will reach out to potential clients, showcase our services, and contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in the medical billing industry.
2. I'd appreciate it if you could deliver comprehensive product knowledge to ensure effective communication.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
4. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach targets.
5. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback.

Requirements:
1. Prior experience in cold calling and medical billing is highly preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work night shifts (7:45pm-5:00am).
4. Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Location: I-10/3, Islamabad
