📍 Remote
🕒 Monday – Friday | UK Business Hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
We're looking for a customer-focused professional who can build strong client relationships while effectively understanding and communicating software solutions.
As a Client Success Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, helping bridge the gap between customer requirements and our technical teams.

✅ Excellent verbal and written English communication
✅ Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to gather and document client requirements
✅ Good understanding of software products and technology solutions
✅ Confidence in leading client calls and meetings
✅ Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Support, or similar client-facing roles
🔹 What You'll Do
• Manage client communications and enquiries
• Conduct discovery calls and gather requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client success
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customers
