Location: Remote (Pakistan)
Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PST
Start Date: Immediate Joiner Required
Language Requirement: Must have exceptional English communication skills (native-level fluency)

About the Role
We are hiring a female Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience. You’ll handle inquiries, support different departments administratively, and maintain excellent communication standards.

Key Responsibilities
-Answer and manage calls with professionalism.
-Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information.
-Maintain records and ensure proper follow-up.
-Provide administrative support, including scheduling.
-Ensure an empathetic and positive client experience.
-Vet sales calls and pass along only legitimate leads.
-Collaborate with team members for efficient operations.
-Handle confidential information with discretion.

What We’re Looking For
-Bachelor’s degree (BBA, Marketing, or related field preferred).
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Must have native-level English communication skills (verbal & written).
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based tools.
-Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
-English communication certification is a plus.
