Join the ๐๐ฃ๐๐ฃ๐๐ Team! We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented CSR to join our dynamic team at IPIPAKโ Intelligent Process Inside.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Rawalpindi. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat and resolving any issues with excellent customer service.
Required Skills:

Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills.
โ
Ability to maintain customer satisfaction while resolving inquiries.
โ
Ability to calmly handle distressed/Upset patients.
โ
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
โ
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
โ
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
โ
Experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
โ
Proficiency in computer.
