Key Responsibilities:
- Handle New Queries: Act as the first point of contact for incoming client queries on Fiverr, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Client Onboarding: Guide potential clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to project start.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and document detailed project requirements.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Sales Support: Assist in upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients where appropriate.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and development teams to ensure that client expectations are communicated and met.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any field, Undergraduate students can also apply.
- Previous experience in client management, sales, or a related role, preferably in a digital agency environment.
- Strong understanding of the Fiverr platform.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple queries and tasks simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
