The City School is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at The City School Head Office, Lahore.
Responsibility:
- Develop and lead the Group's technology vision and long-term digital strategy aligned with organisational objectives.
- Serve as a member of the leadership team, providing strategic technology advice to the Board and senior management.
- Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation across academic, operational, and corporate functions.
- Establish technology governance, architecture, cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management frameworks.
- Lead enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and technology innovation initiatives.
- Oversee technology investments, IT budgets, vendor partnerships, and strategic procurement.
- Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery readiness, and regulatory compliance.
- Build and lead a high-performing technology function through leadership development and succession planning.
- Collaborate with leadership to leverage technology as a strategic enabler for organisational growth.
- Perform any other task assigned by the Board.
