🚨 WE'RE HIRING | Chief Internal Audit
📍 Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi
Saylani Welfare International Trust is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Chief Internal Audit to lead our Internal Audit function and strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan.
Assess internal controls, financial systems, and operational processes.
Identify risks and recommend effective corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present audit reports to senior management.
Monitor implementation of audit recommendations.
Lead, mentor, and manage the Internal Audit team.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CIA, or CPA) will be preferred.
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant Internal Audit experience, including leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and internal controls.
Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
