Bank AL Habib is looking for CDM Product Support Officer
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum qualification bachelor’s degree/Master’s will be preferred
Department: ADC Business
Experience: Minimum 6 Months experience in ATM/CDM
Job Skills & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to work for CDM business operations.
- Will work as a CDM Business operations specialist, to oversee the deployment, maintenance, and performance monitoring of Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs) across our branches.
- Responsible to coordinate with the IT team and vendors to ensure smooth deployment and integration of CDMs.
- Will conduct regular checks and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports to track CDM performance, transaction volumes, and other key metrics.
- Provide business operational support to branches in resolving CDM-related issues and ensuring minimal disruption to customer services.
- Will Liaise with vendors to resolve technical issues, schedule maintenance, and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with branches to educate and provide the awareness regarding promotion of digital payments instead of OTC increased the digital payment transaction at branch end.
