We need a proactive Calling Agent to manage guard & patrol team operations.
Responsibilities: Scheduled calls, monitoring teams, managing timesheets, reporting, and issue resolution.
Requirements: Fluent English, problem-solving, call centre/operations experience, and ability to work independently.
