Business Development Officer – Real Estate & Construction

Job Summary:
The Business Development Officer (BDO) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relations, and building strong partnerships within the real estate and construction sectors. This role involves identifying potential clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and ensuring effective liaison with developers, contractors, investors, and other key stakeholders to drive the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate and construction sectors.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, property consultants, and investors.
· Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects, investment trends, and competitor activities.
· Develop and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and pitch materials to potential clients.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
· Collaborate with the project, sales, and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met.
· Maintain and update a database of leads, prospects, and business activities.
· Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports for management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
· Proven experience (2–3 years) in business development, preferably within real estate, construction, or property investment sectors.
· Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Knowledge of property laws, construction processes, and market dynamics.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
