Position: Business Development Manager
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Pakistan (Remote)

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: over 5 years

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
▪️ 3–5 years of proven success in end-to-end IT sales, covering staff augmentation, managed IT, IT projects, and custom software development.
▪️Strong experience selling into the US market, with a solid understanding of client buying cycles.
▪️Demonstrated ability to generate new business, manage pipelines, and consistently close deals.
▪️Skilled in consultative and solution-based selling, able to identify client pain points and craft tailored solutions.
▪️Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) for engaging decision-makers confidently.
▪️Comfortable building and managing relationships with C-level executives (CTOs, CIOs, Founders, IT Directors).
▪️Knowledge of IT outsourcing trends and the challenges US companies face in scaling technical teams.
▪️Self-motivated, target-driven, and effective in a remote, independent work environment.
