🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive
Abloom Technologies is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive based in Pakistan to join our team remotely.
The ideal candidate should have experience in tech sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and selling software development or IT services. This role is best suited for someone who understands how to identify prospects, start conversations, manage follow-ups, and help convert leads into long-term clients.
Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Pakistan
Work Type: Remote preferred
Experience: Tech sales / IT services sales preferred
Gulf market experience: A plus
Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads for software development and IT services
Reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team
Manage follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Support proposal, meeting, and closing processes
Build relationships with clients in Pakistan, GCC, and international markets
Requirements:
Prior experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
Experience selling tech, software, SaaS, or IT services
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable using LinkedIn and email for outreach
Self-driven and able to work remotely
Experience with Gulf/GCC clients is a strong plus
