Job Overview
DynamIT Solutions is seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on identifying and securing projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing marketplaces, while fostering strong client relationships and contributing directly to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects across freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)
- Write tailored, high-quality proposals and manage client communications effectively
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients worldwide
- Collaborate with the technical team to design and deliver customized solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and successfully close deals
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to capture new opportunities

Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in Business Development within the IT/software industry
- Strong expertise with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) and online bidding strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with web, mobile, and SaaS solutions (preferred but not mandatory)
