Business Developer

Intelgency IT Solutions is seeking a proactive and motivated Business Developer to identify business opportunities, generate project leads, and support company growth initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for researching tenders, identifying potential clients, initiating communication, and assisting in proposal development for software and technology-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

Search and identify relevant local-based tenders and business opportunities from public and private sectors; EPADS, PPRA

Generate and initiate new project leads through online platforms, networking, and market research

Maintain and update lead databases, and business opportunity records

Communicate with potential clients regarding project requirements and business inquiries

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good research and analytical abilities

Ability to identify and pursue business opportunities independently

Familiarity with online tender portals and lead generation platforms is preferred

Strong organizational and reporting skills

Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 years of experience may apply

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of the software/IT industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online research tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
