Swiftspark.Org is a fast-growing Amazon Ads agency helping global brands scale through advanced advertising and operational strategies. We are expanding our team and looking for a driven Business Developer who can take charge of client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth.

📝 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

🔹 Identify and qualify new B2B leads (brands, agencies, e-commerce businesses).

🔹 Develop and execute outreach strategies (cold email, LinkedIn, partnerships).

🔹 Conduct discovery/intro calls and pitch tailored service solutions.

🔹 Prepare professional proposals and close new client contracts.

🔹 Maintain strong client relationships for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

🎓 Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or B2B sales (agency or e-commerce background preferred).

💬 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

🔥 Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
