Tecbrix Cloud & AI is looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business flow, requirements gathering, user stories, prototyping, wireframing, and process analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable solutions for technical teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.

Understand and document business flows and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and process flow diagrams to effectively communicate business requirements.

Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and identify trends, insights, and improvement areas.

Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and development teams.

Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are accurately understood and implemented.

Ensure continuous alignment between business objectives and project outcomes.

Support requirements management, backlog management, and prioritization throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify opportunities for business process improvement and optimization.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure the delivered solution meets business expectations.

Follow Agile methodologies and actively participate in Agile ceremonies and project activities.

🔹 Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

4–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.

Strong understanding of business analysis, requirements management, and process improvement.

Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Axure, or Figma.

Strong knowledge of data analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI.

Experience with Agile methodologies, user story creation, and backlog management.

Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams.

Strong ability to convert complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and actionable deliverables.
