Job Opportunity: Branch Manager

Organization: Tabba Microfinance (TMF) – Project of Aziz Tabba Foundation (ATF)

Location: Karachi (Korangi & Orangi Town)

Gender: Open to Male & Female Candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Operations: Manage the smooth functioning of daily branch activities.

• Loan Processing: Assist clients in completing Shariah-compliant financing applications and ensure accurate documentation.

• Case Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive verifications and present findings to the Verification Committee for approvals.

• Disbursement Oversight: Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of approved funds to beneficiaries.

• Collections Management: Monitor repayment schedules and ensure ethical and timely recovery processes.

• Customer Outreach: Implement outreach strategies to educate underserved communities on Islamic microfinance offerings.

• System Orientation: Utilize internal systems for data input and tracking program performance.

• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare impact reports for the Welfare Committee and Board of Directors.

• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise loan officers, ensuring alignment with operational goals and service standards.

• Community Engagement: Lead field surveys and organize financial literacy awareness campaigns.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree

• Experience: 03–05 years of relevant experiences

• Skills:

o Strong written and verbal communication

o Team leadership and staff management

o Excellent presentation skills

o Proficiency in data evaluation and analysis

o Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
