As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant who can manage our financial records and support the business with reliable, timely reporting.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, and reporting. This role requires hands-on experience working with international clients, specifically in the UK and USA, and a strong understanding of cross-border accounting and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a regular basis

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Ensure all transactions are properly recorded in accounting software

Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and manage budgets

Support tax filings and compliance for individuals and small businesses

Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements

Work closely with management to provide clear financial insights

Requirements (Mandatory):

Minimum 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience with UK and US clients

Strong understanding of international accounting practices and compliance basics

Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online

Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have: 

Experience in fintech, tax, or financial services

Familiarity with UK and US tax environments

Experience supporting small businesses or startups

Exposure to cloud-based accounting tools and automation
