📍 Location: Remote - Pakistan
🕒 Schedule: 25 hours per week (Fixed EST hours)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to join our team. If you are organized, efficient, and thrive in a structured part-time role, this could be the perfect fit for you.
🔑 Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Handle intercompany transactions
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Support payroll processing and entries
- Assist with month-end close and prepare timely monthly reports
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial records
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred)
- 4+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
