Job Description:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Booking Officer to manage bookings and provide excellent customer service. As a Booking Officer, you'll be responsible for:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Managing bookings and schedules efficiently
- Providing accurate information to customers
- Maintaining records of bookings
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Processing payments and issuing tickets/documents
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong cash handling and numerical skills.
