𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

▪️ Manage daily bakery operations (sales, staff & inventory)

▪️ Ensure top-quality products & excellent customer experience

▪️ Supervise and train staff for efficiency and customer service

▪️ Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards

▪️ Handle stock, suppliers, and cash management

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field

🕐 3+ years of experience in bakery/food retail management

🤝 Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills

🍩 Passion for bakery products & attention to detail
