Job Title: Associate UI/UX Designer
Location: I-11 Islamabad

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Associate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design and user experience, eager to develop their skills and contribute to diverse digital projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design of user interfaces and experiences across various digital platforms, ensuring adherence to design best practices and project requirements.
Work closely with senior designers and other team members, contributing to the development and implementation of design concepts.
Participate in user research activities, including surveys, user interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights that inform design decisions.
Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
Actively seek and respond to feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, including internships or relevant project work.
A portfolio that demonstrates a foundational understanding of UI/UX principles and a keen design eye.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Basic understanding of user-centered design and responsive design principles.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
A collaborative spirit and willingness to learn and grow within a team.
A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
