What We’re Looking For:
✅Lead and supervise monthly payroll operations, including overtime, bonuses, and special allowances.
✅Ensure accuracy and integrity of payroll through detailed reconciliation of employee data, advances, loans, and other variables
✅Oversee staff salary tax computations and validate payroll reports to support financial planning and strategic decision-making
✅Coordinate HR payroll intimation processes and ensure timely month-end closing.
✅Prepare and present payroll data insights for cash budget planning, forecasting, and audit purposes.
✅Benefits Administration & Deductions.
