We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Utilities to join our team.
Location: Hub
Key Responsibilities:
• Operation and Maintenance of HVAC equipment, Chillers, AHU’s DX Units Cooling Tunnels.
• Oversee daily O&M of all Utilities including HVAC, Boiler, Air Compressors, Cooling towers, pumps.
• Prepare plan and Implement PPM for department equipment.
• Maintain documentation related to daily processes and for audits.
• Identify opportunities for improving equipment reliability, efficiency and safety.
• Trouble shoot technical issues and collaborate with team members.
• Follow up with suppliers, PO’s and quotes.
• Prepare preventive maintenance schedule and develop systems.
