A.A Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Finance team as AM Tax & Compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in taxation, compliance, and tax planning, along with practical exposure gained through CA Articles and experience in a reputable audit or tax firm.

Position: Assistant Manager Tax and Compliance

Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi

Salary: Rs. 150,000 – Rs. 180,000 per month

Qualification & Experience:

CA Finalist / ACCA / ICMA / Master's in Accounting or Finance

Candidates with completed or ongoing CA Articles will be preferred

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in taxation and compliance

Prior experience with a reputable Audit, Tax, or Advisory firm is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Manage corporate and indirect tax compliance and ensure timely filing of all tax returns and statutory submissions.

Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to optimize tax positions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Handle tax audits, assessments, and correspondence with tax authorities.

Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the business.

Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with taxation policies and procedures.

Provide taxation support and advisory services for new business initiatives and projects.

Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants to resolve taxation matters efficiently.

Identify tax risks and recommend corrective actions where required.
