Assistant Manager Store

🔉 Position: Assistant Manager Store

☑ Key Responsibilities:

🔸 Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials used in production.
🔸 Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
🔸 Coordinate with procurement and production departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
🔸 Supervise and train store staff to maintain high operational efficiency.
🔸 Manage stock rotation to minimize wastage and ensure FIFO compliance.
🔸 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels and movements.

☑ Requirements:

🔸 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
🔸 Minimum 5-6 years experience in retail or industrial store management, preferably in mechanical store.
🔸 Strong knowledge of mechanical components and tools.
🔸 Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
🔸 Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office.
