We are looking for a young, energetic, and target-oriented Assistant Manager Sales to strengthen our footprint in these key regions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture a robust network of distributors, contractors, and architects.
Drive product visibility and demand to meet and exceed sales targets.
Monitor local market dynamics and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Execute on-ground sales initiatives and promotional activities effectively.
🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
0–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cement, paints, or construction materials.
Strong understanding of the regional market and customer base.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and eager to grow with a market-leading brand.
