Assistant Manager - Planning

𝗨𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: Assistant Manager - Planning

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Experience:
3–5 years in planning, production scheduling, or supply chain management (preferably in textiles or manufacturing)

Location:
Site-2, Near Ahsan Abad, Super Highway, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:
*Assist in developing and managing production and operational plans to meet organizational goals
*Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and resource optimization
*Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand forecasting to align supply with production schedules
*Analyze planning data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvement actions
*Prepare and present reports on production status, scheduling, and resource utilization to senior management
*Support implementation of planning tools and software for efficient operations
*Lead and mentor junior planning staff, fostering continuous learning and development

Requirements:
*Proficient in planning software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
*Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
*Experience in supply chain coordination and inventory management
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
