Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing

SIAR Digital is looking for talented professionals for the position of "Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing”.

 

Location: DHA, Phase 1, Karachi.

Shift: Morning

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and display ads.

- Continuously track and analyze important performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPI, and conversion rates to gauge campaign success.

- Identify trends and insights from performance data to recommend optimizations for both ongoing and future campaigns.

- Plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate different ad creatives, targeting strategies, landing pages, and other campaign elements to identify the highest-performing variations.

- Utilize data analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other tools to optimize campaigns and improve user engagement and conversion rates.

- Provide recommendations to improve user experiences and streamline conversion funnels across digital touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and effective customer journey.

- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and content strategy development to enhance campaign performance, visibility, and asset effectiveness.

- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor and visualize key marketing KPIs and campaign performance metrics.

- Regularly generate and present reports on campaign performance and digital marketing initiatives to key stakeholders.

- Identify actionable insights and opportunities for improvement across digital marketing efforts and individual accounts, contributing to overall performance enhancement.

- Maintain data accuracy and consistency in all reporting efforts to ensure reliable and actionable insights.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, or relevant certifications in digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Familiarity with major digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and others.

- Understanding of digital marketing principles, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and digital advertising.

- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, with a focus on translating raw data into actionable insights that drive campaign improvements.

- Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance, app traffic, and conversion metrics.

- Ability to stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and updates to ensure campaigns are effective and aligned with industry standards.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
