Serán is hiring: Assistant Manager Merchandising
What we’re looking for:
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain from a reputable institute.
2. 4-5 years of working experience with Eastern Retail Apparel brands in the merchandising department.
What You’ll Do:
1. Coordinate and keep strong follow-ups with the Design team and production teams and align all activities with the planned launch date.
2. Coordinate with the design team for samples, fabrics, and trims.
3. Follow up on sample approvals and modifications.
4. Regularly update the status of design and sampling.
5. Prepare component list.
6. Ensure the packing sheet is prepared on time and forwarded to the relevant department.
7. Responsible for developing tech packs.
8. Responsible for maintaining the Sampling Record.
9. Assist in maintaining the Pre-Cost and Post-Cost Sheet.
10. Generate accessory demand for the procurement to purchase department.
