What Youโll Do:
โ Define and implement visual merchandising strategies (store displays, mannequins, stock placement, branding material).
โ Build & execute CRM campaigns to drive loyalty, retention, and acquisition.
โ Plan and manage ATL & BTL marketing campaigns, aligned with digital strategies.
โ Organize exciting store events & launches.
โ Drive PR & influencer collaborations to amplify brand presence.
โ Conduct R&D for store excellence and introduce innovative marketing ideas.
โ Strategize, plan, and execute campaigns to boost footfall & customer engagement.
What Weโre Looking For:
๐ Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
๐ผ 2โ4 yearsโ experience in retail marketing or brand management
โจ Strong creative thinking & attention to detail
๐ Excellent communication and organizational skills
โก Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
