Assistant Manager – IT & Network Support (Night Shift, Full Time & Onsite)
We are seeking an Assistant Manager – IT & Network Support with proven expertise in network and system administration within a BPO or call center environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring stable connectivity, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting a team of 35–40 users to maintain seamless operations

Key Responsibilities
• Network Support: Ensure uninterrupted and reliable internet connectivity for voice calling (with and without VPN).
• Server Configuration: Set up and manage servers for user monitoring and internet browsing management.
• Internet Management: Handle ISP coordination (Nayatel, Multinet, PTCL) for smooth network operations.
• Technical Support: Provide first-line technical assistance to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
• Hardware Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to RAM, SSD, power supplies, and other system components.
• Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems to minimize downtime.
• Inventory Management: Maintain and track IT equipment inventory.
• Assigned Tasks: Execute additional IT-related duties as directed by management.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of BPO / Call Center network management experience.
• Technical Skills:
o Server configuration & user monitoring
o VPN setup & management
o Network troubleshooting
• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
• Preference: Prior experience in a call center or BPO environment is highly desirable.
