Artistic Milliners is looking for a passionate and skilled Assistant Manager โ Finishing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in denim finishing processes and play a key role in ensuring world-class quality standards.
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง & ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐:
Bachelorโs Degree (Textile / Industrial / Relevant field).
4โ6 years of proven experience in Finishing within the textile industry.
๐๐๐ง๐ข๐ฆ ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.

Oversee and manage daily finishing operations to ensure smooth workflow

Lead, train, and motivate finishing teams to achieve set targets
