𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
Artistic Milliners is looking for a passionate and skilled Assistant Manager – Finishing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in denim finishing processes and play a key role in ensuring world-class quality standards.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
Bachelor’s Degree (Textile / Industrial / Relevant field).
4–6 years of proven experience in Finishing within the textile industry.
𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐦 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Oversee and manage daily finishing operations to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain quality standards and ensure timely execution of production plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance finishing techniques
Monitor and implement process improvements for efficiency and consistency
Lead, train, and motivate finishing teams to achieve set targets
