We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Finance to support financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance for our retail operations. This role is critical in ensuring transparency, cost control, and financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and analysis.
* Oversee daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable.
* Monitor expenses, cost control, and store-level financial performance.
* Ensure accurate and timely bank reconciliations and ledger updates.
* Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for compliance.
* Manage payroll disbursement in collaboration with HR.
* Provide insights to management for financial decision-making.

Requirements:
*Master’s in Finance OR ACCA qualified preferred).
* 3+ years of experience in financial management (retail sector preferred).
* Proficient in MS Excel and accounting softwares (Multitech, SAP, etc.).
* Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
