Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Nominated Quality Audit / Final Quality Audit

BBA / MBA / B.Sc. Textile Engineering with 6 to 8 years of experience required in Nominated & Final Quality audit.

The position is responsible for ensuring finished and packed goods meet internal and Adidas quality standards by implementing quality SOPs across manufacturing and packing. It builds CFA team capacity through training, knowledge sharing, and on-the-job learning, and certifies CFA auditors to meet company and industry standards. The position coordinates audits with third-party and customer auditors, makes shipping decisions based on quality outcomes, and supports the continuous improvement of quality procedures in line with internal guidelines and policies.
