MCB Islamic Bank is inviting applications for the position of “Assistant Manager Compliance Risk Assurance”.

Bachelor’s degree (16-Years) or equivalent from recognized University

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

➡️ Good interpersonal, communication and report writing skills. 

➡️ Ability to critically evaluate situations, dispute resolution and conflict management. 

➡️ Ability to anticipate needs, resourceful to suggest solutions for process improvement.

➡️ Ability to adapt well to a diverse workplace culture.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ Review of regulatory regulations in Compliance Risk Management (CRM) system and make the rules, requirements, and activities of regulations according to the SBP Compliance Risk.

➡️ Tag to the Bank's departments the regulatory requirements of the regulators and ensure compliance of the regulatory requirements in the Compliance Risk Management (CRM) system.

➡️ Conducting regular follow-up of regulatory requirements of regulators from Bank's departments to ensure that the regulatory requirements are fulfilled before the regulatory deadline.

➡️ Assisting Bank's employees in troubleshooting issues of Compliance Risk Management (CRM) system.

➡️ Successfully collaborated with the Vendor to resolve complex system issues in CRM system across multiple departments.

➡️ Bearing system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provided technical feedback to optimize platform performance.

➡️ Maintaining regulatory repository of regulators.

➡️ Conducting daily follow-up from the Bank's departments regarding submission of regulatory returns to the SBP.

➡️ Prepare detailed presentations summarizing critical circulars for meetings to support informed decision-making.
