Trucare is hiring for the position of "Assistant Manager- Billing"
Location: Saddar, Rawalpindi
🕕 Working Hours:6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Salary:Market Competitive
Experience:4 to 5 Years
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Billing to join our healthcare billing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of medical billing practices,team managemen, and HIPAA compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day billing operations with attention to accuracy and timelines
Lead and support billing team members to achieve performance targets
Ensure all processes strictly adhere to HIPAA and U.S. healthcare compliance standards**
Identify and resolve complex billing issues and denials
Communicate effectively with U.S. clients and internal departments
Prepare and present billing and compliance reports
Requirements:
4 to 5 years of experience in U.S. medical billing
In-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data privacy best practices
Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Comfortable with night shift hours (6 PM to 3 AM)
Based in or willing to relocate to Saddar, Rawalpindi
