AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire AM Alliance for its Marketing Department- Based in Head Office Karachi.
Position: AM Alliance
Qualification: BBA/MBA (Marketing)
Experience: 3 Years +
Location: DHA Phase 8
Days: Monday - Saturday
Job Duties:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and initiate partnerships with potential alliance partners in alignment with company objectives.
Lead negotiations and finalize agreements as per company policies and legal compliance.
Draft, review, and close partnership contracts and MoUs.
Manage end-to-end onboarding of new partners, ensuring smooth integration and alignment.
Ensure a minimum number of new alliances and lead maturity targets are met monthly.
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing partners to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, legal, operations) to ensure successful execution of partnerships.
Drive innovation in brand activations by proposing and executing unique concepts, costumes, props, and partner activities (based on approved plans).
Ensure brand visibility across all alliance partners through co-branded marketing avenues, events, and activations.
Track execution timelines of partner campaigns and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
