Job Title: Assistant Export Manager
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with daily export operations—from cargo booking to final delivery.
· Prepare and verify export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping instructions).
· Coordinate with shipping lines and trucking vendors for schedules, equipment availability, and space confirmations.
· Ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and company SOPs.
· Support EDI submissions (AMS/ENS/ESI).
· Monitor and update shipment tracking systems for real-time visibility.
· Help implement new systems or digital tools for improved tracking.
Requirements:
· 1–3 years of relevant export/logistics experience in freight forwarding.
· Strong written and spoken English for communication with carriers, agents, and customers.
· Ability to meet urgent deadlines and manage multiple shipments.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and basic shipment-tracking software.
· Team player with a problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
