Assistant Branch Manager

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will work closely with the Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, support the sales team, and uphold the high standards of Zara Shahjahan. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational and customer service skills, passionate about fashion and retail excellence.

📍𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

▪️ Assist in managing daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff scheduling.

 ▪️ Support the Branch Manager in leading, training, and motivating the sales team.

 ▪️ Ensure a premium and personalized shopping experience for all clients.

 ▪️ Maintain store aesthetics and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.

 ▪️ Monitor sales performance and share insights with management to improve results.

 ▪️ Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.

 ▪️ Uphold company policies, operational standards, and compliance requirements.

 📍𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

▪️ Minimum 4–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion or apparel.

▪️ Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

▪️ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

▪️ A passion for high-end fashion and understanding of Zara Shahjahan’s brand identity.

▪️ Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
