Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Lahore for an Assistant Admin Officer. The Assistant Admin Officer will handle the day-to-day administrative tasks, ensure efficient office operations, manage communication channels, assist in customer service, and maintain an organized work environment. Additionally, the role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to various teams and ensuring smooth office processes.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in General Administration and Administrative Assistance
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Exceptional Organization Skills to manage various tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in office management software and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently as required
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
