Role & Responsibilities:
1. Providing first-line support for technical issues raised by internal teams.
2. Managing and monitoring incident tickets to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
3. Collaborating with employees to clarify and troubleshoot problems with a solutions-focused mindset.
4. Occasionally assisting external customers alongside our Connection team on calls when needed.
5. Creating and maintaining clear, concise documentation (guides, flowcharts, screenshots).
6. Training internal users when issues stem from user error.
7. Working with Product Managers to implement improvements that reduce system friction.
Requirement:
1. Prior 2-3 years of experience in application support (Pega experience preferred).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills with strong follow-through.
4. Ability to troubleshoot independently with minimal supervision.
5. Proficient in producing easy-to-understand documentation.
6. Familiarity with sales and customer-facing applications.
7. Comfortable working US business hours.
